MY PROMISE
I create each print to archival standards using the highest quality acid-free archival paper, ink, matts, backing, and bags. Everything that comes in contact with your print is archival, and prints should last a lifetime given proper care. I print, matt, and frame everything here myself and inspect your order closely before it goes out. I do everything I can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and if anything is wrong with your package upon arrival, I will fix it with the minimum amount of hassle to you.

PAYMENT
I require payment in full before shipping. Currently I accept credit and debit card payments through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to check out, but all orders are being processed by PayPal and will be automatically transfered to PayPal’s website for the final part of checkout. I'm sorry I do not accept checks or money orders at this time.

SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day (other than framed prints, which can take a week or two to assemble). I generally ship via USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight, and USPS First Class International for all international sales. Very large orders may be shipped by FedEx or UPS. I'll send you a message when I have your package together, letting you know when and how your order will ship.

SECURE PACKAGING
All of my unmatted prints are shipped in flat bend-proof mailers and each print is backed with a sturdy archival backing board. Matted prints are shipped in sturdy boxes. All of my prints are shipped flat. You do not need to worry about getting a bent or banged up print from me. (But if you somehow do - see below:)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any reason, I will exchange your product or refund 100% of your purchase price (minus shipping charges) up to 14 days after the item is received. I just ask that you pay for the return shipping and that the item is sent back in clean, like new condition. Please send me a note first to let me know you're returning something so I'll know to check my PO box. If any of your items arrive damaged in any way, or if I’ve messed up your order somehow, let me know right away and I’ll make it right.

LOST PACKAGES
Lost packages truly are rare, but they do happen. A package will be considered lost if you have not received it within 4 weeks (for packages to the US) or 6 weeks (for international packages). I will replace lost packages after that amount of time has passed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I'm happy to offer international shipping on all of my products. I ship all packages within 1 day of your order. Most international packages make it to their destinations quickly, but occasionally a package may take additional time to get to you if it happens to get stuck in customs. If your package hasn't arrived in 6 weeks, please let me know. (I've noticed that flat unmatted prints seem less likely to be held up in customs than matted and framed prints).

Please note that you are solely responsible for any duties, tariffs or fees that your purchase might incur at the border.
